Gerard Sanders is an accomplished film, television, stage actor and sports enthusiast.

His feature film credits include The Life He Chose, Black and Blue, Tower of Blood, Cherry Bomb, Perfectly Legal, If Tomorrow Comes, The Model Solution, Junior Sheriff, Sudden Death and Acts of Betrayal. On Iron Man directed by Jon Favreau, Gerard played the super hero's father Howard Stark.

On the small screen Gerard appeared on Century City, The Bold & The Beautiful, Love and Games, Secret Lives, The Practice, Silent Partners, The Pretender, Unsolved Mysteries, Arrest and Trial, Bestfriend's Sister and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.

He starred in the mini series De Brug directed by Rimko Haanstra and 3 television movies, The Tiger Woods Story directed by LeVar Burton, Tilly directed by Andy Lee and Stuck with Each Other directed by Georg Stanford Brown.

On stage, Gerard has portrayed diverse characters in productions of Fantasia Fair as George and Ginger, Mitch in A Streecar Named Desire, Scanlon in One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, Allen in The Petrified Forest, Mister Cue in The Indecent Love of a Butterfly, Father in House of Judgement, Roscoe in Iron Tommy, Oysters in My Son is Crazy and Rockefeller in But Promising.

As a highly skilled sportsman, Gerard maintains memberships in the American Motorcycle Association, Professional Motocross, Professional Ski Instructors of America (Educational Staff Member) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
